A Wedding Menu Written Once
MG Culinary Concepts — formerly MG Events and MG Weddings — has catered weddings across Miami and South Florida in gardens, private estates, and museum grounds. Each menu is built around the couple, the season, and the constraints of the venue, then executed by our own chefs and service team.
The MG Weddings name carried a full-service wedding practice. Under MG Culinary Concepts, that experience now sits behind the culinary side of the day: menu, service, beverage, staffing, equipment, and the on-site execution of everything we deliver. We work alongside your planner and design team rather than replacing them.
Custom Culinary Design
Menus are written for the couple, not pulled from a catalogue. Tastings shape each course, and dietary requirements are treated as design constraints rather than exceptions.
Presentation & Styling
Plating, passed hors d'oeuvres, stations, and dessert are styled to sit within the palette and mood of the wedding — the food is part of the design, not separate from it.
Service & Staffing
Captains and servers are briefed on the flow of the evening: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner service, and the moments in between that guests remember.
Production on Site
Kitchen build-out, beverage, tabletop, and equipment are coordinated by one team, which keeps the timeline intact in venues without permanent kitchens.
